Where they were

Reports for the C-Level were assembled by hand in Excel, with raw data living in plain text files. Critical processes (day-close, payment releases, BCRA integrations) ran on Stored Procedures that depended on the transactional system vendor.

What we found

The request on the surface was “reports for the C-Level.” The real problem: there was no single source of truth. Data scattered across flat files, with no pipeline, no data model, or traceability. It became complex to answer questions about the operation due to the operational load of building and analyzing Excel spreadsheets manually.

What we built

A data pipeline that ingests and consolidates raw sources into a structured data layer. BI dashboards for the board, replacing days of manual Excel work with real-time visibility. Discovery sessions with the business to map every critical process. We scoped the migration: identified which legacy processes to migrate first, the small, auditable, end-to-end traceable ones. Proposed Airflow as the orchestration layer for the next phase. Knowledge transfer sessions so the internal team can maintain and extend the pipeline.

What they can do now

The board receives reports in minutes, not days. There’s a single source of truth for operational data. The team understands its own data landscape: what flows where, what depends on what. The migration to Airflow is scoped and ready for the next phase.
