deployr is a software agency based in Argentina, specializing in data solutions and artificial intelligence. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website at deployr.ai.

What We Collect

We collect very little data. Here is everything:

Contact Form

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Name • so we know who we’re talking to
  • Email address • so we can respond
  • Message • your inquiry
  • Language preference • to respond in your language
  • Approximate country • derived from the Cloudflare cf-ipcountry header, used to route your inquiry appropriately

We set a single cookie called locale-preference when you switch the site language, or when you accept or dismiss the language suggestion bar. This cookie:

  • Stores your language choice (English, Spanish, or French)
  • Lasts 1 year
  • Uses SameSite: Lax
  • Is not a tracking cookie

Geo-Detection

We use the cf-ipcountry header (provided by Cloudflare) and your browser’s Accept-Language header solely to auto-redirect you to the appropriate language version of the site. This data is not stored or used for profiling.

What We Do NOT Collect

  • No analytics or tracking scripts
  • No third-party cookies
  • No advertising networks
  • No browser fingerprinting
  • No behavioral tracking of any kind

How We Use Your Data

  • Contact form submissions: We use your name, email, and message to respond to your inquiry. We send you a confirmation email and notify our team so we can follow up.
  • Language preference: We use the cookie to remember your language choice across visits.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Contact form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The stored fields are: name, email, message, language preference, submission timestamp, and approximate country.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services, each of which may process some of your data:

  • Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, D1) • hosts the website and stores contact form submissions. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
  • Resend • delivers the confirmation email to you and the notification email to our team. Receives your name and email address. Resend Privacy Policy
  • Google Fonts • serves the typefaces used on this site (DM Sans, Space Grotesk, JetBrains Mono). Google may log your IP address. Google Fonts Privacy

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and maintain a record of our communications. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

The language preference cookie expires after 1 year or when you clear your browser cookies.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Port your data to another service
  • Object to specific uses of your data

International Transfers

Your data may be processed on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare and Resend, which may be located outside Argentina. These providers maintain data protection standards consistent with applicable regulations.
